Increasingly, we find that prospective clients think that wills are all that they need to do an estate plan, and that the wills we produce are all “in the can” on our computers. Nothing could be further from the truth. While there are many high qualify how-to estate planning guides on the market, and while you can buy a do-it-yourself will kit for less than $100 - then what do you do?
We are happy to review the documents you have produced on a do-it-yourself basis for a flat fee of $400. In our experience, in making such a review we will find more problems than solutions with off-the-shelf technology.
We can produce a simplified plan for a single client for only about twice what you will pay us to review your own drafts. We are also satisfied that it will be worth it for you and for your family.
