Trusts and Estates, Estate Planning, Probate, Wills, Asset Protection, Charitable Giving, Wealth Protection, Advance Planning, Guardianship and Conservatorship; Corporate and real estate work as an adjunct to the basic estate planning and administration work.

The firm's practice is concentrated in the area of estate planning and administration, and related areas of closely held business entities and real estate. The firm and each of the active partners hold Martindale-Hubbell's "AV" rating (the highest possible rating based on feedback from other attorneys and judges). Together, the attorneys of the firm have extensive experience in estate and gift tax planning for individuals, entrepreneurs, executives, and owners of closely-held family enterprises, including basic estate and tax planning, and advanced planning involving techniques such as Family Limited Partnerships, Qualified Personal Resident Trusts, Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts, Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts, and other complex trust and non-trust arrangements. The firm also counsels bank trust departments and charitable organizations, as well as advising fiduciaries regarding estate and trust administration.

Most of our work comes from referrals from existing clients or from financial planners with whom we have worked before.

Our firm combines the higher caliber work product one would expect from costly downtown law firms, at rates which are competitive with suburban attorneys. We pride ourselves on using advanced computer and communication systems to generate and deliver our work product.
